COMPANY

ETCETERA MEDIA is a Boston-based design studio that was founded in January 2005. Chris Grimley + Kelly Smith, a husband/wife team are collectively architects, interior, graphic, furniture, urban and textile designers.

PRODUCTS

All of our products are manufactured locally in Massachusetts.

Our industrial wool felt is imported from Germany is 100% wool (recycled from sheep!), 3 mm thick and is naturally water resistant. We use high end upholstery fabric by Knoll that is usually eco-friendly or recycled, ultra stain resistant, heavy duty and very durable.

Dry clean only.

ORDERS

We keep a small stock of items, although we usually make each bag to order. Please allow up to 4 weeks for your order to be processed, constructed and shipped. If you need something immediately, please contact us to see what we have available.

All payments are processed through Paypal which provides a secure checkout for your order. Major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Am Express) and Paypal are accepted forms of payment. You may also fax your credit card # to 617.426.4566 or call us at 617.833.0330. Do NOT send your credit card info over email.

Massachusetts residents will have 5.0% sales tax automatically added to their order.

SHIPPING

We ship most items USPS Priority Mail which arrives 2-3 days from ship date.

When we ship your order, you will receive an email from USPS with your tracking number. Use this number as a reference to track your order at http://www.usps.com. If you have questions about your order, please contact us.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We do ship international orders although we are unable to process international orders through our website at this time. Please contact us directly with your order. We can accept payment over phone or fax or we can send a Paypal email invoice. Do NOT send your credit card info over email.

We ship international orders with USPS International Priority and will give you a quote for your total order amount including shipping and handling cost before we process your order.

DISCOUNT VOUCHER

Discount vouchers are sent to registered customers via email. We may offer a specific dollar discount, percentage off or free shipping. Discount vouchers can be redeemed against any purchase for a limited time. Please enter your "Discount Code" in the space provided during the checkout process.

STUDIO + SHOWROOM

Live in the Boston area, want to check out something before making a purchase? You are welcome to stop by our studio / showroom located in Boston's South End. Please contact us for an appointment.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt in original packaging for exchange or store credit only, no cash refunds. All clearance sales are final, no returns or credit.

Goods must be returned in perfect, unopened condition in the original shipping package. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.

CUSTOM ORDERS + PRODUCT DESIGN

ETCETERA MEDIA can work with your company to produce custom designs similar to, or using the same materials that we already use. We do require minimum orders of 100 pieces and require 50% payment before production begins.
